As a member of the Business Transformation team, I performed both a process consultant and project manager role in driving multiple strategic enterprise projects.

I was the lead project manager guiding a large government client through a transition to a different recordkeeping platform. This client had 3 retirement plans with over $10B in assets and 200,000 participants. I also served as the segment leader supporting the government service team through an overhaul of the participant website, including the implementation of multiple enhancements in data flow between our organization and the clients.

Manage process improvement projects through all stages of project lifecycle – defining scope, facilitating process improvement discussions with all stakeholders, gathering business requirements, software development, testing and production support, including business continuity.

Managed areas responsible for investments pricing functions and support for all retirement plan recordkeeping and life insurance business within the company. Supported $80 billion in assets under administration.

Defined business and software requirements, performed user acceptance testing and trained new users on new accounting software. Managed team responsible for bankwire processing, state premium tax reporting, and recording and reconciling activity on the company ledger.
