ANSWR was a social knowledge startup focused on how deep knowledge is created, discovered, and shared on the Internet.Working at an early stage startup like ANSWR allowed me to wear multiple hats ranging from Product Management to Customer Success and Marketing. As the Product Manager of ANSWR, I was responsible for delivering continuous value to our customers by regularly shipping new features and functions. I performed market analysis, segmentation, and developed product strategies to target discrete user groups. On a daily basis I led the "state of the company" meeting and delivered KPI and Scorecard analysis. I maintained market awareness of our competitors and led competitive analysis of them for our sales team.On a technical front, I was able to utilize my background to write ad-hoc reporting for executive needs and to create visualizations in platforms like Tableau and SSRS. I also helped to develop product vision for two product lines to meet customer and market needs. I also served as the technical lead in presentations and communications with key clients and acted as the technical point of contact when escalations were needed.
