Copywriter
CurrentResponsible for the creation and development of all training materials produced by the Creative Team, including software manuals, tutorial videos, and quick reference guides. Utilizes extensive experience in damage prevention industry to advise and support the graphic designers, social media and marketing professionals of the Creative Team in their educational and promotional projects.Duties Include:• Write and edit promotional material, including blog posts, web landing pages, email marketing campaigns, and other digital content.• Develop user manuals for numerous proprietary software programs.• Production of tutorial videos for educating customers on in-house software programs, including direction, recording, editing, scripting and voiceover work.• Work closely with other members of the Creative Team in creating and editing content for print and web. • Perform data analysis to provide performance analytics for multiple clients.• Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy of content.• Research and prepare presentation materials for internal and external clients.• Investigate new media resources for potential application in future promotional and educational endeavors.• Provide voiceover recordings for internal and external clients, including radio spots, event announcements, and television advertisements.• Brainstorm and offer creative content, marketing and public relations ideas.• Provide on-site event support at key damage prevention industry events.• Special events and projects as needed.
