As an Internal Wholesaler at Inland Securities, my goal is establish and grow relationships with financial professionals in Southern California and Hawaii. I am responsible for marketing and selling a wide range of real estate investment products including non-traded REITs, 1031 Exchange/DST’s and Private Placements. My daily roles include: conference calls and webinars to teach advisors and their clients about our specific products, schedule seminars with CPAs and Realtors to generate 1031 Exchange business, prospect new business, and territory management to ensure we are maximizing efficiency to generate as much sales as possible.• Co-Managed the Southwest Region to the number one sales territory from 2013-2016. • Develop and model annual CAM reconciliations to ensure all reimbursable expenses are properly accounted for at year-end through careful lease analysis and generation of detailed CAM pools • Complete in-depth monthly operating report for Landlords. Report includes narrative summary of operations, budget variance notes, income statement, balance sheet, receivables analysis, tenant arrearage reports, rent roll status, expense summary and property level reports such as monthly property inspection, tenant insurance and gross sales collection and work order tracking
