• Lead BA supporting Supply Chain • Provided support to various departments across the enterprise on a daily basis. It is my duty to record, analyze, define, and validate business requests in order to provide an exceptional product to the end user. Once business requests and issues were vetted, they were uploaded onto our Jira product backlog.• Stepped in to support and lead user training around Financial Force ERP. User Training was conducted over several weeks, covering various areas of supply chain management such as: Procurement, Production, Inventory Management, Pick, Pack, and Shipment. Training included requirement signoff and user acceptance training. • Prioritized and executed test cases relating to Financial Force ERP. Test Cases were tracked in Jira and reviewed with the project team on a daily basis in our testing review sessions. • Successfully ran E2E testing on Financial Force ERP for all SCM related capabilities and scenarios.
