I drove customer experience across the Global Customer Operations group within KLA-Tencor. I worked across all customer-facing functions (Field, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, Product Divisions) to drive greater customer value, experience, and perception, with specific ownership of Corporate Quality, Sales Best Practices, Customer Ramp Management, Customer Big Data Engagement, and Customer/KT IP protection & practices. Our “Ramp” initiative reduced time-to-ramp for top 2 customers by >30%, garnering accolades & awards. I led internal/external campaigns for intimate customer collaborations & intelligence, while protecting customer-sensitive information to be “our customer’s trusted and valued partner”. We were deemed “best in class” by our top customer. During 9 months of pending M&A integration of KLA-Tencor into Lam Research, I led 2 of the 10 functional integration teams, covering Global Sales/Regions and Quality & Customer Experience. I presented frequently before the Lam CEO and Executive Staff. The integration was ultimately cancelled by both parties.

Launched Product Life Cycle on 2 new platforms, both of which are succeeding in the market today.Successfully integrated an adjacent product line and staff (in Germany) through acquisition of Vistec/MIE. Groomed my GM successor, who is in place today. Turned over the Marketing Dept.
