As a biomedical engineering undergraduate, I discovered the complex nature of delivering the newest technology from the lab to consumers. My senior design project team volunteered to not only conceive an invention, but also construct a business plan to commercialize it. Each step of the entrepreneurial process fascinated me. After graduating, I decided to pursue primarily intellectual property law. This field allows me to apply all of my intellectual strengths in science, writing, and communications. However, after gaining exposure to different interest areas, I am eager to gain experience in areas such as corporate, energy, or public interest law. Currently, I am excited to see where my pursuits in the legal profession will take me.
