Brian Linder has been an expert on the fan media scene since dial-up. With a background in Content, Marketing, and Community, Brian arrived at Fandom via IGN. He was a co-founder of the popular fansite TheForce.net and its companion site, FilmForce, acquired by IGN in 2006. At IGN, Brian helped to craft the editorial voice and standards for IGN, as Senior Editor of IGN Movies and later as Editor-In-Chief of IGN Music. He joined Fandom, then known as Wikia, in 2013. Brian led the strategy and execution of the company's first forays into content programming across their expansive community platform. As Fandom expanded into editorial content, Brian helped develop the content strategy and became the site's first editor, and when Fandom created their own in-house branded content studio, Brian was tapped as Lead Producer.
