I have over 25 years working in the Automotive industry as a leader, technician, educator and instructional designer. In my current supervisor role, I'm assessing program outcomes, managing relationships with stakeholders, and managing vendors as well as developing and establishing processes and performance indicators. Through planned, continuous professional development, I've been able to help both myself and my team to adapt to changing conditions and increase our team's performance. This helps me and my team to create the highest quality, competency-based training available. I have enjoyed managing projects as an individual contributor and also helping technicians, educators and curriculum developers in the industry to succeed. I am always looking for new challenges and enjoy curriculum design and assessment in particular. Understanding the challenges that adult learners face today, I am committed to improving multiple learning formats including e-learning and virtual/remote training formats in addition to face-to-face training.
