About Brian Mcgeough

I'm a learning and development specialist, accredited mediator and programme facilitator specialising in the Dialectic (Socratic) method with over 27 years of experience. Today I run McGeough Training Limited, a boutique training and development consultancy in Dublin. The company was founded on the conviction that human development is a philosophical enterprise. The Socratic method respects the in-built capacity of each individual to overcome their limits by means of their own intellect.
