Responsible for leading the Monitoring and Event Management solutions for all IT Services. Managed the architecture and development team of an IT Services Automation Framework capability that delivered many IT Service Productivity efficiencies.Developed and manages cross company collaboration between external suppliers and Intel, defined product design changes driving enhanced benefits of adoption across IT. Led the IT Joint Services Team Program that delivered a governance processes that delivered a single process across the entire IT product and service delivery life cycle. Initiated and chaired the Innovation Value Institute (IVI) IT Infrastructure Management working group and developed content and facilitated several workshops globally on IT Industry best practice

Directed the Systems Management engineering activities for Europe, working with local operations to engineer solutions to meet the local EMEA site requirements. Managed European Server Engineering team with responsibility for small site solutions, including remote platform storage & management engineering activities for IT. Led Intel IT's standardization program across Europe to Client/Server infrastructure on Windows that set the foundation for IT data centre standards.
