Responsible for the daily operation of all restaurant, pool and beach and concepts development, and training programs in this 70 room South Beach boutique hotel. Orchestrated in recreating a formal training process in Food and Beverage for over 40 employees, that assisted in improving customer service and lowering food and beverage costs. Introduced an environmentally-friendly mini bar/ room service menu. Organized many celebrity charity events in the South Beach area.

Sunny Isles Beach Fl

Recruited to this 52 floor, 5 star hotel/ residence resort property as member of a pre-opening management team. Worked alongside a 70 employee multi-cultural team, from South Korea, Italy, France, Spain, and South Africa. In this 3-meal a day restaurant, lobby, pool, beach operations, and banquets I was responsible for quality service and hotel standards. Developed, along with Human Resources, a specialized training manual for all food and beverage and coordinated training programs, which included vendor seminars and vendor/ hotel site visits. Introduced "The Collection", a beverage menu that incorporated signature cocktails from all Rosewood Properties. This menu marketed all properties, as well as educated our guests about the Rosewood Brand.

Managed daily bar operations of a trendy South Beach Japanese Fusion/ Sushi restaurant . Its unique menu of more than 13 sakes and our special “Sake Infusions” help to create a hip bar scene. Responsibilities included traditional management duties and promotions.

Supervised daily bar operations of 3-meal a day restaurant/ lobby and pool with mulmillion/year for an 800-room hotel. Implemented quality service, and hotel standards for over 75 employees. Responsible for intensive training of all bartenders, bar backs, and servers. I worked closely with agents and musician to organize a new, fresh entertainment program for 7-night a week, lobby lounge called “Hemisphere after Dark”.

I reassured that all standards were followed in this multi million dollar restaurant lounge which specialized in the genuine care and comfort of our guests.
