Employment Compliance (Legal) - Senior Analyst
Current- Research labor & employment law; create summary documents, lead projects, and create communications to enact necessary changes across the business.- Provide recommendations, inform on legal changes, and engage in discussions regarding legal interpretations with internal and external attorneys.- Audit to ensure the organization operates in accordance with local, state, and federal employment laws.- Develop and provide compliance metrics/reporting to cross-functional partners. Provide spend visibility, identify trends, and make business recommendations around employment law/compliance initiatives such as wage and hour, established contingent labor standards, and training completion.- Provide documentation on complex regulatory and compliance requirements relative to wage and hour for internal and external investigations.- Develop, improve, and document processes and reporting solutions to support compliance initiatives. - Participate in cross-functional project teams. Maintain project documentation. Maintain discretion regarding sensitive business topics. - Assist with confidential labor-related preparations.- Maintain up to date written documentation and policies related to the organization's business activities based on applicable employment law.
