Manage all aspects of the business within the territory serviced by the Memphis location (Arkansas, North Mississippi, and West Tennessee). Build customer relationships and work to find new ones. Work with inside and outside sales team to identify and secure new business, process orders, and research customer needs. Ensure quality and safety standards are exceeded, both in customer care and equipment service. Organize and prioritize workflow. Recruit, develop, manage, and retain staff and technicians. Management of warehouse operations including inventory mix and cycle counts. Ensure compliance with DOT regulations including driver log audits and company vehicle maintenance. Ensure company policies, procedures, and objectives are being followed. Consistently seek ways to improve efficiency of operation to improve performance and reduce costs/time.

Recruit, train, coach, and retain quality people to provide excellent customer service. Monitor and control inventory. Enforce safety, security, and loss-prevention measures. Monitor KPIs to identify trends and react accordingly. Review P&L to identify areas of opportunity to improve overall profitability of the store.

Provide leadership by recruiting, coaching, training, scheduling and performance management. Manage the financial health of the store through sales, proper inventory/cash controls, store-level marketing, customer satisfaction and full Profit & Loss responsibility. Set the example for exceptional customer service, including the appropriate resolution of customer complaints. Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.

Manage all aspects of the Dedicated Logistics Division including driver recruiting and retention, safety and equipment issues, and ensuring the client remains satisfied with the services being provided. Track equipment locations and keep accurate maintenance records.
