I specialise in helping businesses grow through strategy, new ventures, operational improvement and digital transformation. I work with clients in various situations from start-up to scale-up and turnaround. My main industry experience is in telecom, media and technology sectors, industrial B2B services and consulting. I've been involved with digital projects for over 25 years and am an expert in digital platform and marketplace strategy.During my career I have been interim CEO, Chief Strategy Officer, and General Manager for several businesses with annual revenues of over $500m. My work has led to many successful new businesses, top-line growth, and job creation.In addition to my role at Effectus, I am a Global Practitioner and Senior Teaching Fellow at the University of Strathclyde Business School. I teach MBA classes and executive education programs at our campuses in Glasgow, Bahrain, Dubai and Oman.
