Check it out at https://perigeantechnologies.com/product/the-plot-thinkens/.Research: As a cognitive researcher I have conducted, analyzed, and published dozens of studies related to expertise management, cognitive systems engineering, learning, and the naturalistic perspective. I have had the privilege of doing this alongside some of the most renowned and influential thought-leaders on these subjects, including my mentors Gary Klein and Robert Hoffman.Software Design and Development: I have contributed to the development of several human-centered software solutions. Most notably, I conceived and have led the development of Sero!, a cloud-based platform that efficiently harnesses the cognitive benefits of concept mapping for learning and assessment. Sero! has received multiple DoD-funded grants and can be used for free at SeroLearn.com.Usability Testing: My team supports the Department of Veterans Affairs in recruiting participants for studies to make their digital tools more accessible and user-friendly. Since 2015, we have facilitated the participation of over 5,000 users of VA digital tools in more than 550 studies.
