•Deliver New Hire, Upskill and Refresher classroom training•Assist with managing all logistics related to delivery of training programs for site (materials, binders, communications, etc.)•Maintain all records accurately pertaining to training classes•Assist with identifying training needs through side-by sides, quality/performance results, and process knowledge testing•Provide feedback to Front Line Managers & Training Manager•Ability to present detail oriented material clearly and concisely to adult learners•Serve as subject-matter-expert in the development and/or revision of training materials•Identify opportunities to improve training content and work with local Training Manager to implement.•Provide coaching and floor walking support to new employees during Bridge Period•Coordinate internal training resources including the Leadership team, HR, and SME / Peer Mentors as needed for training sessions and Bridge Period•Support Training projects and initiatives as assigned•Partner with site Training Specialist to share best practices•Support training initiatives of other functions as assigned and availability permits•Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned•Manage a group of 15 to 20 people for four to six weeks while in training
