Brian Morris's office is in Chicago, Illinois. I began my career as a prosecutor and investigating officer with the US Army and spent several years in combat. I worked for one of America’s largest companies, where I worked in corporate development and completed ~$5B in successful M&A transactions, startup investments, capital raises, and divestitures. I've tried personal injury cases that involved wrongful death and admiralty claims. I have M&A and financial leadership experience in industries as diverse as energy, metals and mining, commodities trading, agriculture, claims, risk management food and beverage, manufacturing, e-commerce, professional services, real estate, and much more.
