As a co-creator and head producer at 4th Wall Down, a media production company, I oversee the development and execution of feature films, short films, commercials, and new media projects, from concept to completion. I also use my data storytelling skills to pitch, market, and distribute our works to diverse audiences and platforms.

As the first Human Resources hire for the company, I built and implemented all people related programs including intranet, repeatable and fair performance management process, employee handbook, people manager training and custom employee satisfaction surveys. In addition to the "nuts and bolts" work of developing an HR department, I led the HR track during M&A due diligence in a successful funding round gaining an additional $50mm for the company while acting as project manager for the annual SOC2 audit.

As Global HRBP for Actimize & Guardian Analytics, a global fintech product organization, I was responsible for post-acquisition activities, and a total of over 400 headcount across the product, professional services, sales, marketing and corporate services departments. • Cultural Integration and growth of acquired 80-person company & growth to over 170 HC• Global leadership of HR strategy related to organizational design, workforce planning and globally aligned HR programs• Regional ownership of change management, day-to-day talent management, employee relations, recruitment and immigration. Implementation of people HR programs to align with company and departmental focus areas while enhancing employee satisfaction, career progression and overall engagement • People Ops responsibilities included HRIS system management, employee handbook redesign for global organization, event planning and Immigration management for approximately 40 active cases

As the owner of three very different departments at Change for Kids, a non-profit bringing educational opportunities to inner city schools, I was the invisible force behind the company. As office operations manager for Fab.com, an e-commerce company giving independent designers global reach, I led people focused initiatives during a period of high growth from 50-400 people Additionally led 2 major construction projects to increase capacity and position for acquisition and managed a team of 5 people.

Post-Acquisition, I operated as point person for the office expansion from 20K Sq Ft to 90K Sq Ft space and 3-phase move into the Google facility and led new company cultural integration and onboarding activities.

I held multiple roles in this Tech SAAS start-up during a period of high growth and subsequent acquisition by Google including talent acquisition and onboarding 5 employees per week, facilities management, and culture building while holding traditional EA responsibilities for the CEO, CRO, CTO and CMO.
