About Brianna Su
Social worker dedicated to working in partnership with communities to create positive social change. I am highly observant, insightful, and analytical. My undergraduate experiences further sculpted these traits. As a graduate social worker, I have gained considerable experience in the area of clinical social work through placement within the acute mental health setting - wherein I was involved in supporting patients through assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental illness, emotional, and other behavioural disturbances as part of a multidisciplinary team. In addition to this, I have also become proficient at stakeholder engagement and project planning based on my current, and final placement, with Sydney Alliance. During the course of this placement, I have been engaged as an Assistant Community Organiser in working alongside community organisations, faith groups, and unions with a focus on bringing members together across differences for the common good based on a process of listening, discernment and action. With strong communication acumen and active listening skills, I am now eager to secure roles that demand use of the skills gained during my studies. I love to connect with new people and build new relationships, so feel free to send me a message as I am open to work.
