• Develop & own the organic social media strategy by channel• Using social media analytics, deliver organic social media content in line with what is performing best• Strategize, build & manage organic social media calendar for all platforms that supports• Create & curate content for organic social channels• Curate & select user generated content • Monitor, analyze, & report on organic social media efforts • Assist with influencer program efforts • Follow and report on trends in social media including sites, tools, applications & research• Hindsight organic campaign performance & ongoing discoveries with the creative team• Research, evaluate & report on social media activity amongst competitors • Support the overall brand & messaging strategy with content publishing• Support to the brand communications director with any brand content development needs • Partner with creative team to deliver the best message for each organic social channel• Work with cross-functional partners & channel leads to deliver messaging which is aligned with other channels. This will be instrumental in delivering on a consistent brand message to the customer.• Strategize, own & lead the brand activation framework that aligns with the overall marketing calendar• Create briefs for each campaign that support both campaign messaging & brand stories & pitch to the creative team• Create, own & supporting training team on educating all employees including store teams on social media best practices and how to be involved • Pitch new social media channels & strategy to leadership• Manage surprise & delight opportunities for all customers in addition to partnerships with outside, like-minded brands• Support PR and media opportunities by writing pitches, press releases, media alerts• Own relationships with journalists and editors with goal of link building, SEO support & product placement• Manage budget tracking for PR, organic social and customer activation projects
