Design lead and mentor for a team of 4 designers focused on Rover’s core experience across iOS, Android and web in the Seattle and Barcelona offices. Areas of ownership include global UX for owner & sitter experience, payments, search, messaging, internationalization, and trust and safety.Spearheaded a company-wide customer journey mapping effort that led to over 13 customer-focused, UX-led projects being prioritized on product roadmaps across the company.Implemented quarterly team activities and new agile processes that reduced weekly meeting syncs by ~20 min for the broader UX team.Consultant and contributor to a design system working group to define the design system language and visual UI of Rover across iOS, Android and web.Created and implemented the icon design system for Rover and designed over 110 custom icons.
