As a result of this endeavor I am bilingual and efficient in various important soft skills, including training and development, group dynamics, interpersonal communication, change management, and leadership. I used these abilities to build my business knowledge and obtained a MBA in International Business from Western Michigan University.I also have a passion for seeing the world to better grasp the multitude of ideas and lessons it contains. In undergrad, I studied abroad in Spain for a semester to strengthen my understanding of the language and culture. During my MBA program, I also briefly studied abroad in both Italy and India, interacting with many of the multinational companies and NGOs housed there. These experiences and others have instilled in me a desire to become increasingly globally minded and culturally conscious. Being firmly grounded in DE&I is one of my core identities.I am currently a Business Process Implementation Lead at Stryker contributing the company's goal of transitioning the company to SAP S/4HANA as the universal ERP for all US divisions.
