Responsible for layout and production of four of six weekly newspapers. Working directly with photographers and managing editor to create an attractive, organized and informative source of community information.Currently assisting publisher and advertising director with a variety of marketing applications including sales tools, special publications and house ads.Working with advertising representatives to create aesthetically-pleasing, effective advertisements in a timely manner while adhering to graphic design principles.

Owner and creative director of The Dink, a free, weekly periodical circulating 20,000 issues/week in the Twin Cities.Developed and maintained entire 32-page layout while assisting with sales, promotional events, photography, writing and editing.Worked directly with advertisers in developing the best possible solutions to each company's unique design problem.

Worked closely with owner and art director Jason Maclean on a variety of projects including signage, branding, direct mail, brochures, calendars and e-mail campaigns. Had the privilege of working with some amazing local printers and the opportunity to work directly with many of the musicians, actors and other talent that graced the Varsity stage.
