My key responsibility is the development, performance and delivery of Payments and Cash Management products for Ireland this includes both Global and local products. I work with all relevant areas in commercialising new products in particular Marketing Compliance, Legal, Credit, Corporate Banking, PCM and Regulatory. Following commercialisation, I engage with the Operations, Marketing, Sales and Client Management teams to monitor service levels and to ensure any shortfalls or issues are addressed and support both the Sales and Relationship managers in customer calls/visit to optimise product penetration.In addition to the above, I manage the submissions to the Central Bank for product pricing approval. I am the Vendor Relationship Manager for suppliers of PCM services. I represent PCM on the Ireland Business Risk and Compliance Management committees.
