Increased “Graph” wall-cladding-system sales by 480% in the first half of 2008 over fiscal year 2007. Developed and improved existing product lines; designed and presented five new major product lines for implementation which directly led to 10% increase in 2008 sales over fiscal year 2007. Responsible for advanced technical questions for all Fry Reglet products; handled major customer complaints and concerns for all product lines allowing senior management to turn its attention elsewhere. Presented Fry Reglet products to architects and project managers; consulted on viability, assembly, and installation. Managed all aspects of innovative “Graph” wall-cladding-system including product development, pricing, marketing, and sales. Oversaw large “Graph” projects including hospitals, major airports, universities and major sports venues. Led weekly “Graph” meeting with representatives of all departments to update and be updated on individual project status and to assign project priority. Designed mockups and test articles of new and existing products; developed tooling for existing products to improve precision. Interviewed and evaluated potential vendors for evolving needs. Reviewed CAD drawings produced by technical group for accuracy and customer intent. Supported North American sales force with custom mockups, communication and consultation, and visits to major job sites and customers.

Successfully engineered and managed projects resulting in 100% on-time completion. Wrote computer programs for company-wide use to improve precision and pace in fabrication process. Engineered aluminum composite panels for precise fit upon arrival of job site. Successfully managed projects from pre-construction to final billing. Prioritized all company projects for entry into engineering and fabrication processes. Acted as liaison between the company and fabrication facility. Traveled as sole company representative to measure structure, record data and evaluate existing job site conditions for engineering and fabrication of aluminum composite panels. Coordinated schedules with general contractors and subcontractors and communicated requirements for installation of aluminum composite panels.

Rehired as full-time design engineer after obtaining highest intern rating in C-130J airframe design history. Promoted to Design Engineer from Associate Design Engineer in second year. Achieved 100% on-schedule job release rate; all projects evaluated on schedule or early and without error. Selected by senior management for interim Quality Engineer position; successfully eliminated 200 hours from assembly process. Designed and changed various systems and structures on C-130J aircraft. Lobbied for and received a one-year rotation as a Manufacturing and Liaison Engineer on the factory floor; responsible for final line and quick-turn manufacturing. Rebuilt C-130J loose equipment list; managed and maintained list for all models and versions of the aircraft. Performed mechanical troubleshooting on C-130J assembly line and flight line. Created, sustained, and edited part, assembly, and installation drawings for C-130J aircraft.
