My objective in life is to build relationships with the people I encounter, and to set the pace and lead when appropriate. This spreads to other areas, including my position in the game operations department at Spurs Sports & Entertainment. Because I care about people, I want to see them succeed and enjoy experiences that are hard to come by - and that is why I put everything that I have into facilitating those opportunities. Whether it regards every fan in attendance or just the one person performing the national anthem, I push myself to make sure those at hand get the most out of their experience.
