• Provided safety and compliance leadership through KPI measurement and data analysis while serving as government liaison for EPA, DTSC, and local agencies.
• Met with state government representatives and public groups for permitting, this included public hearings and regulatory discussions.
• Served as the subject matter expert and specialist in new acquisition integration as well as for developing and applying new processes and business lines.

• Led a team of 150, with 6 direct reports, overseeing 8 RCRA Subtitle C and D North American hazardous waste landfills. This included managing an annual budget of $60M and construction CAPEX budget of $15M.
• Primary leader for national landfill business line development focused on regional remediation projects and superfund cleanups.
• Developed and guided corporate initiatives and policies to Facility General Managers and workforce.

Los Angeles Metropolitan Area

• Led a team of 90+, with 6 direct reports, responsible for the operations oversight of 10 hazardous waste transfer, storage, and disposal facilities. This including managing an annual revenue budget of $40M and a $5M.
• Oversaw and monitored safety performance and regulatory compliance across region, including developing corporate policies and initiatives.
• Facilitate business development in region by working closely with sales force to ensure products and services sold were in line with actual operations.
• Prioritize and adapt capital projects in line with budget and changing needs and managed special projects throughout North America.
• Interact with all applicable regulatory agencies for site visits and inspections across region.

Los Angeles Metropolitan Area

• Led teams of up to 30, with 8 direct reports, while managing all activities of hazardous waste Part B RCRA treatment, storage, and disposal facility. This included managing annual budgets of up to $10M.
• Directed safety, compliance, maintenance, receiving, shipping, processing, laboratory analysis, storage, bulking, consolidation, wastewater treatment, inventory tracking, disposal tracking, and quality control.
• Initiated and managed ongoing cost savings procedures, new corporate business models, and directives.
