I supervised a 12-member internal team of professionals while managing client relationships and supplier partnerships. My myriad responsibilities included: project management; supply sourcing; shop drawings; securing production approvals; production order processing; purchase order processing; QA/QC; oversight of onsite installations; and client engagement and communication to ensure customer satisfaction.For Mateo and Bay, I managed over $300K per month in furniture product. I utilized Rhinoceros, SolidWorks and VCarve to develop and introduce production spec drawings. My efforts were particularly instrumental in the organization's participation in the prestigious, annual International Contemporary Furniture Fair (IFCC).

I launched and operated this private enterprise serving a diverse client base in the interior design industry as an upholstered furniture specialist and project consultant, engaging in design, 3D modeling and drafting. I produced over 500 unique, custom drawings resulting in 250+ unique delivered products, and personally drafted conventional and organic production lines yielding over 1,000 units.

I was able to effectively cultivate and expand the company's vendor base throughout my tenure in the position. Additionally, I developed and implemented in-house SolidWorks PDM tools, parts and assembly libraries to support design production, and created over 50 SolidWorks spec models and drawings to facilitate large scale assembly line production.

In this support role, I contributed significantly to unique and innovative furniture product design, utilizing 3D modeling, AutoCAD and physical prototyping on a 1:1 scale.
