Previously I worked for over 12 years in call centers, beginning in the phones and working my way into data analysis. While I enjoyed the constant learning, I found myself working mostly in isolation churning out reports. I prefer being part of a team, troubleshooting problems and finding the best solutions.In my free time I enjoy hanging out with my family, watching sports and playing video games. In support of my video game habit, I have been building and upgrading my own PCs for the past 20 years.
