Tasked with building an internal Studio Team, my focus was on creating impactful video and podcast content for, and in collaboration with, the world’s most influential C-Level Operations & Supply Chain Officers.

At MALKA, a creative studio of creators and makers, I played a pivotal role during the growth phase, helping the business scale from 60 to 180+ creators. I led our enterprise division, managing clients such as Amazon, AWS, IBM, MoneyLion, Washington Post Creative Group, among others. My key responsibilities included leading creative ideation and bidding, ensuring profitability, overseeing custom team building, and developing operational infrastructure and scalable workflows. Leading a team of creative producers, producers, and coordinators, I oversaw the development and execution of projects utilizing storytelling tactics to emotionally connect with our clients' audiences.

Co-Founder and Head of Production of Creative Breed, an Empathy Agency. While there I helped create and develop emotionally engaging content that inspires people to think, feel and take action. Along with my Co-Founder, I drove the development, creative ideation, production, post-production and delivery of Creative Breed’s projects.

Along with Producer and Co-Director Cheryl Houser, we conceived, developed and produced the feature-documentary GENERATION STARTUP. We then crafted, oversaw and executed a strategic distribution plan as well as the branding and marketing.--GENERATION STARTUP captures the struggles and triumphs of six recent college graduates who put everything on the line to build startups in Detroit. Shot over 17 months, it’s an honest, in-the-trenches look at what it takes to launch a startup. Directed by Academy Award winner Cynthia Wade and award-winning filmmaker Cheryl Miller Houser, the film celebrates risk-taking, urban revitalization, and diversity while delivering a vital call-to- action—with entrepreneurship at a record low, the country’s economic future is at stake.The film was released theatrically in NYC, LA and Detroit. It was then released on Netflix.
