Brian Grover is the founder and Managing Partner of Nolen Communities. He is responsible for executing Nolen’s strategic direction, leveraging 16 years of real estate, planning, and development experience to envision and ultimately bring to life innovative communities. Nolen Communities was founded on his desire to connect people to where they live. He is focused on creating both value for his partners and a truly unique living experience for residents.Prior to founding Nolen, Brian spent most of his career rising the ranks to Principal at Dudek, a planning and environmental consulting firm based in San Diego. His clientele consisted almost entirely of residential developers, and his work ranged from entitling large master-planned communities to infill redevelopment projects. His services included land acquisition (site selection and due diligence), jurisdictional coordination, site design, planning, entitlement processing, environmental analysis, public outreach, land development, and disposition. He has successfully entitled hundreds of residential development projects throughout the State of California, and has established strong working relationships with city/county staff along the way.
