My duties included Staff Rota and Staff management, Payroll, Point of sale design and implementation, analyzing figures on a daily basis and ensuring that the targets of both stores were achieved.This position demanded constant communication with our head office and Suppliers, attending management meetings in our head office on a monthly basis, developing and maintaining exceptional customer relations with both our private and business clientele and involvement in improving company techniques and practices.

I also developed a unique beginners training course for computers which proved to be very popular locally. We also partook in Website design and development for some of our business customers. I sold this business in order to pursue a career in IT.
