Developed detailed project plans, sourced vendors, and bids, created purchase orders, and executed appropriately to ensure all office/employee renovation/relocation projects were completed on time, within budget, and according to pre-established specifications. Analyzed breakdown and repair data for historical patterns and authorized corrective actions that prevented future failures and breakdowns which significantly reduced repair costs, improved customer satisfaction, and more timely deliveries. Managed all aspects of Distribution Services including Print, Mail, Fulfillment, Supplies, and Reception.Proven Successo Successfully planned, led, and completed a $14 million capital expansion of the Urbandale, IA Home Office which consisted of a 45,000 SF 3-story addition and complete renovation of 60,000 SF facility while fully occupied. Project was completed on schedule and under budget.o Planned and drove to completion the $12 million capital renovation of a 100,000 SF facility converted from previous print, mail, and fulfillment center into Class A office space including back-up data center for W. R. Berkley Corporation. Much of the exterior structure of the facility was removed and replaced with new curtainwall system.o Determined and negotiated a strategic economic model for the transfer of an aged facility asset in Luverne, MN whereby the building and land was donated to the City of Luverne for $1 in exchange for a 10-year lease (plus two 5-year renewals) and expansion of an existing, mostly new facility that included options to purchase and/or renew.
