Property/Project Manager
Extensive Supervisory/Management experience and proven success in translating long-range organizational objectives into successful projects.• Depth of project management skills, ranging from design, reading of the plans, planning, staffing, managing the budget, and supervising the build-out of a wide variety of Property types (including structural, electrical, plumbing, finishes, parking lots, pavement, gutters, and utilities, etc.) • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to manage critical timelines to achieve timely results and increased efficiency of operations.• Ability to initiate conceptual ideas, with practical applications and excellent follow-through and communication.• Strong conflict resolution skills, between all levels within an organization.• Ability to communicate clearly to keep a variety of trades on task to complete designated projects.• Confident, outgoing personality which establishes and maintains productive rapport/interaction with culturally diverse people of most socio-economic backgrounds.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to look at all points of view.• Consult with and identify client requirements in order to successfully implement client satisfaction, generate leads, and establish new accounts.• Self-starter, and track record of continually exceeding goals and increasing market penetration for properties under management. • Instrumental in coordinating Start Up companies.• Proven ability to train and motivate personnel.
