I am a results-oriented leader who loves to be part of a bigger picture, and collectively elevate culture, community, and growth to new heights by challenging the status quo. There is no greater satisfaction then unleashing untapped potential in others and establishing a sense of inclusive family culture in a team. I worked in Outside Sales for from 2015-2019 selling residential energy improvements, solar, and embarking in growing new start ups. Through excellent mentorship, I often achieved top sales spots for my sales teams, and helped inspire, train, and develop new sales representatives. From 2019 - 2023 I served under the United States Army Special Operation Command (USASOC) in the 75th Ranger Regiment. The 75th Ranger Regiment is a highly specialized Infantry Element which specializes in high level coordination, planning, and execution of Special Military Operations. During this time, my Team's and Squads were recognized on multiple occasions for performing at the highest level across the company and battalion. My greatest enjoyment was watching many of the young Rangers I developed over the years turn into great leaders, promote, and perform to notable positions of leadership today within Ranger Regiment. I relocated to Salisbury Maryland in the Summer of 2023 and am currently attending a lineman pre-apprentice course, and upon completion will be seeking an apprentice lineman position.
