I managed student, teacher, and printer accounts through Active Directory and Google Education. I also fixed desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, and any other hardware problems. Another large portion of my work was responding to requests made over phone, tickets sent online, and emails from my department and others. On top of that, I trained teachers how to use new software that was being implemented that year.

I lead a team of workers to complete tasks on time, interacted with multiple departments to get jobs done, streamlined training of new workers and the work process, resolved conflicts between workers, and covered for the head of the department by going to staff meetings, scheduling workers, placing orders, and doing anything else that needed to be done.
