Rocky Mountain Region

VIA designs and implements turn-key home technology solutions in the luxury home market. Promoted to manage/maintain full accountability for VIA's Rocky Mountain region of six business units (Colorado, Montana, Wyoming, and Utah), including oversight of 135 direct and indirect reports. Develop/implement combined regional budgets of $28M at 14% EBITDA and manage regional P&L. * Improved annual gross sales in Montana/Wyoming from $6.1M to $9.4M/42% and increased EBITDA from 5.9% to 13.75% (2013-2015).* Increased labor utilization from 55% to 80%. * Reduced 60+ day A/R from 60% to 6% of total A/R.

Greater Los Angeles Area

Managed the Los Angeles area district with total annual revenues exceeding $13.1M (8.6% EBITDA). Directed activities of the project managers, IT department, Programming department, and Service department. * Increased annual gross sales by 65% (from $8.6M to $13.1M) and increased EBITDA by nearly 10 points (from -1.1% to 8.6%), over two years.* Developed and managed the Clients' Services Department.

Recruited, after company revenues dropped by 75%, to increase sales throughput and improve profitability. * Nearly doubled revenues, from $1.6M to $2.9M. * Created a CRM sales tracking system.

Electronics integration company specializing in sales, installation and service of high-performance home automation systems. Recruited to direct and manage a staff of 15 sales personnel, project coordinators, warehouse personnel, and installation technicians, and all day-to-day operations. * Spearheaded sales and engineering for large residential and commercial projects.
