The transformation included a claim system replacement (Guidewire), institution of claim-based Enterprise Content Management tools, Peoplesoft integration, Medical Third Party Administrator integration, and web service connectivity to various 3rd party systems. ● Led the ClaimCenter production deployment team, which included building both a technical deployment and Organizational Change Management (OCM) business plan. This included release management, user training, organizational communication, and post-deployment support.● Led the transition of legacy mainframe support to a vendor-based Managed Service contract (via IBM). Responsible for negotiating a Master Services Agreement and ADM Service Agreement, overseeing the transition of Westfield owned assets over to IBM onsite/offshore teams, and setting up a Service Delivery organization responsible for governing the managed services contract.● Responsible for IBM Webseal/FIM implementation to enable cross-system security authentication across Westfield’s core products. Includes Guidewire, Filenet, Thunderhead, and Third-Party Single Sign-on.● Assumed responsibility for the Claims Reporting project, which included integrating ClaimCenter data into the organization’s Enterprise Data Warehouse and re-designing mainframe-based reports into interactive Cognos reports. Turned around the at-risk project to end in a successful completion within the overall Claims Transformation program’s deployment timelines.
