I have served as PO on a few different teams and worked with different domains, including: Integrations on the Cura Platform, a new multitenant architecture for our integration platform and now also our booking, planning and master data modules.My main responsibilities are:- Fulfill the role as PO in one of our Cura development teams.- Work with fellow Domain Advisors, Product Management, customers and other stakeholders to identify requirements and together with good team colleagues turn them into digestible development projects following Systematics implementation of the Feature-driven development (FDD) process.- Practical tasks, backlog and sprint management and planning in Jira including defect visitation and addressing customer service requests- Followup on timeline and time usage for the feature development- Pilot testing and go live of new integrations in close cooperation with customers and third parties Show less
