As the CEO and Co-Founder of Unboxed Technology, Brian heads up all Sales, Operations and Marketing functions of the company as well as strategic planning and future growth initiatives.Prior to Unboxed Technology, Brian spent twenty years at Circuit City where he held a number of senior level positions in retail operations, new business development, merchandising and training.As a Director and Vice President of New Business Development, Brian spent seven years leading the development of three new retail concepts, and hundreds of retail innovations that produced over a billion dollars in revenue. In late 2007 Brian lead the development of a new retail brand for Circuit City called "The City." The City's store design, rationalized assortment, multi-channel selling model and innovative selection and training model began to reposition Circuit City's as a service leader. This work earned him a Chairman’s Award in 2007 and a Leader of Distinction Award in 2008. For over eleven years Brian served in a number Senior Retail Operations roles managing the sales, operations, training and development of district, regional and corporate wide teams at Circuit City. Brian served in all the management roles at store level, as a District Manager and as a Regional Vice President. As the Regional Vice President for The City stores, Brian led the creation, deployment, daily operations and P&L for a 60 store retail concept that produced over $500 million in annual revenue. In less than 18 months this concept scaled nationwide, hiring and training 5 district leadership teams, 200 managers, and 6000 associates.
