Co-created a hybrid personal effectiveness course for fitness and nutrition customers:• Partnered with company owner (SME) to assess customer needs, ensure accuracy and brand alignment, brainstorm design solutions, evaluate existing content, select a learning management system (LMS), map course goals, learning objectives, and instructional strategies, develop all course activities and content, and devised an assessment and course evaluation strategy. • Developed 25+ content assets including video, animations, audio, interactive text, graphics, assignments, discussions, participant guides, instructor guides, and assessments. • Organized and optimized 50+ content assets within the learning management system including maintenance of course content, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and course deployment.
