Managed Caterpillar’s largest $277M sales territory including 3 dealers spanning Michigan, Ohio and Kentucky. Then on to Caterpillar’s single largest North American $377M dealer located in Western Canada where coverage included Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, Yukon and Northwest Territories. During tenure in these sales territories, sales grew 11% and 47% respectively. While at MANN+HUMMEL, provided direct sales management support for several heavy equipment and industrial customers, including 1 of the company’s 3 largest North American customers representing $4M. During tenure at M+H, sales grew 16% overall, while gaining over $2M in new business. At Oshkosh AeroTech, leads an Americas-based Customer Care Team focused on aftermarket products, services and marketing. Currently manages a Team of Field Service Technicians in support of a customer support program called PRoCARE.
