While at MANN+HUMMEL, provided direct sales management support for several heavy equipment and industrial customers, including 1 of the company’s 3 largest North American customers representing $4M. During tenure at M+H, sales grew 16% overall, while gaining over $2M in new business. At Oshkosh AeroTech, leads an Americas-based Customer Care Team focused on aftermarket products, services and marketing. Currently manages a Team of Field Service Technicians in support of a customer support program called PRoCARE. In addition, also has responsibility for the development and marketing of customer care kits/upgrades, Oshkosh AeroTech’s online service / maintenance training, simulator products, telemetry products and overall customer care strategy.Graduated with a B.S. from Illinois State University.
