SR Research is a world-leading provider of eye tracking technologies, primarily directed at academic and clinical researchers, and for OEM applications. With SR Research, my primary responsibilities with the Support Team are geared toward the many user-facing interactions all over the globe. In addition to providing hardware and software support directly to users from our office and on-site systems installation and hands-on training, I also contribute to creating and maintaining resources used internally by the team and those used externally by our users. This includes training material, example implementations in many software environments, mediating customized solutions, and establishing new connections for novel solutions with 3rd party vendors in our related industries. My internal responsibilities involve facilitating Support Team operations, liaising with our Software Engineering Team and assisting with direction and implementation of collaborative development projects, as well as hardware/software testing and validation. In this multifaceted role, my work builds on a solid technical background in conjunction with extensive research in sensorimotor neuroscience and kinesiology, and experience with many research modalities including non-invasive brain stimulation, neuroimaging, and full-body motion capture.
