Responsible for the management and implementation of the ER/ Storm Water and Industrial Service contract with The Boeing Co. Region 1 greater Puget Sound area. Responsibilities included over site of commercial vehicles and drivers and service crews performing a wide range of scheduled and non scheduled services, these services require high safety oriented work including confined space entry, fall protection systems, high hazard chemical systems cleaning as well as demolition and decon of industrial processes. Most services were performed in time critical situations so as to not impact production of multi million dollar aircraft. Support of the Boeing Remediation Group operating and maintaining two PCB dewatering plants at both the North Boeing Field and Everett facilities.

Responsible for remediation activities at the former B&L wood waste site in Milton WA. which included the removal of approximately 6,000CY of arsenic impacted soils in the perimeter surface water ditches and wetlands. Installation of dams, erosion control measures and surface water turbidity control BMP's so as to not impact adjoining critical estuary wetlands. The project was completed ahead of schedule and with in budget.

Optimization of the gas quality for third party gas purchase for tax credits. performed field studies for flare efficiency using stack gas testing and analysis.

Responsible for the cleaning, decommissioning and demolition of 62 tanks at the Wycoff Wood Products site, Terminal 5 Seattle WA. ranging in sizes from 1500 to 750,000 gallons. These were all performed with no recordable or lost time accidents

As a joint venture of Canonie and UMA Group of Canada I along with 3 other engineers provide plant supervision and operation of a patented 100 ton rotary kiln at the Wide Beach Superfund Project located in Brant New York. Responsibilities included the supervision and operation of the Patented AOSTRA Taciuk process for the dechlorination of PCB contaminated soils. Crew was comprised of 25 union operators and laborers, the entire process was performed in containment. The plant operation ran 24 hours a day 7 days a week for 18 months.The plant consisted of 2 four story bag houses, 100 ton patented rotary kiln, 3 distillation towers, APEG mixing facility, water treatment plant, Nitrogen generator and various ancillary components.

As a field services Lead man I had the privilege to performed many field services involving decontamination of facilities like Rohm-Hass, Rhône-Poulenc Ampex and numerous plating shops during a time when there was a mass exodus from California due to incoming regulations. I also performed Emergency response services for many clients including Cal-Trans, CDHS, SPRR and responded to many tank truck, tank car rollovers as well as accidents with large quantities of drums of Hazardous waste ejected onto the road ways. I was very involved lab packing and the setup of the Lab Pack programs at Both Lockheed and UTC Chemical systems
