I am a hands-on trainer and assessor whose focus is always on the development and the goals of the learner. I believe in pre and post assessment as essential tools to ensure that training is delivered at the correct level and is appropriate to the learner for his or her development needs.My objectives are to provide training for a diverse audience using motivational techniques to make the training relevant and enjoyable. People achieve better results if they can relate what they are learning to their personal or working environment, so finding a relationship between the training and their environment is the first steps to their motivation for learning.I believe that post assessment in the workplace validates that the training being delivered is fit for purpose and has a lasting impact on the future development and productivity of the department or business as a whole.

The training schedule is then created and training is carried out. Although there is a schedule, training can be thrown into adhoc mode if any clinical staff have to leave in a hurry.Training can be done on a 1 to 1 or group basis.
