I design and deliver a paper free solution to GP practices nationwide. Our software integrates with EMIS, Synergy, Vision etc.Setting up and configuring the software to meet the needs of the practice to allow the storage and workflow of clinical and non clinical documentation.Consultation with the practice manager, IT manager or main partner is carried out prior to training at ascertain the way forward for all 3 training days. The training schedule is then created and training is carried out. Although there is a schedule, training can be thrown into adhoc mode if any clinical staff have to leave in a hurry.Training can be done on a 1 to 1 or group basis.

I am an IT Trainer for NHS delivering, designing and rolling out training solutions for Clinical applications such as iPM, CarePlus, Fusion, Lillie, Bluefish, PMS, Badgernet, and OASIS. The success of my training is based on the results of the pre assessment and TNA processes that are put in place. I am training staff at all levels from the ground up, A very interesting and challenging position to be in.As part of the CFH NPfIT I also design and deliver Microsoft Office Specialist, Expert and Master skills to the community and acute staff within our trust.My role is not restricted to PC based it training; it also encompasses mobile phone training, mainly Blackberry, or other phone training. Included in my hit list are fax machines, printers, photocopiers, label printers etc...

I was working as a qualified Further Education teacher delivering ICT in an open learning environment and on a 1 to 1 basis. I was delivering MS Office Systems, Supporting learners in an open learning environment of up to 28 learners per session. Supporting learners in a classroom environment for up to 12 learners. Maintaining a structured review system and action plan (ILP). Providing additional support on a one to one basis. Preparing, invigilating and marking of level 2 City & Guilds IT User exams. Initial assessment (Training Needs Analysis) to gauge entry levels. Providing external support for learners with special needs. Maintaining an updated student database with relevant information pertaining to the progress and retention of all students. Assessing student on the iTQ NVQ qualification.
