Primary responsibility is the data and maintenance of data integrity within the ERP system. Tasks within this focus include data analysis and reporting, coordinating requested software customizations, researching and developing new processes, and providing frontline support for users. I also coordinate and lead yearly physical inventory, and assist in reviewing candidates for new hires in the various supporting departments.

Duties included oversight of day-to-day operations, production planning, and purchasing. I was responsible for purchasing raw materials, scheduling production orders, receiving goods to the warehouse, and quality control of outbound products. I also hosted a weekly production meeting, prepared presentations for process improvement, and worked with the sales team as the primary product engineer, developing new finished goods SKUs and Bills of Materials.

Duties were coordination of multiple departments for all new projects related to engineering or IT. Project management and tracking, inter-department coordination, and management feedback are my primary responsibilities. Duties include troubleshooting of diagnostic issues within the custom diagnostic process using diagnostic editing tools and break/fix techniques. Provide front line support for production lines for any issues that arise during the build process. Other job tasks include monitoring and maintenance of 15 servers running Windows 2000 Server and 45 servers running Fedora Core 4 Linux, communication with technical coordinators regarding customer specific instructions, and assisting in the training of technical personnel assigned to the production lines. Redesigned and developed internal engineering website August 2006.

Supervised up to 150 assembly technicians and 7 group leads. Managed production tracking and planning and oversaw inbound and outbound quality. Worked with staffing agencies to hire, train, and release temporary employees. Worked with the quality and engineering departments to improve custom build instructions for the production lines.Promoted from Team Lead after 6 weeks.

Supervised up to 90 assembly technicians throughout the build process including testing and diagnostics. Directly controlled a progressive assembly line with an emphasis on training and quality. Worked initially as configuration technician and performed troubleshooting through a custom diagnostic process. Worked with rack-mount and freestanding servers with multiple processors, SCSI and various RAID setups.Analyzed initial set-up of the progressive assembly lines and provided feedback for improvements. Worked on team to improve cycle times, moving from production of 600 units a shift to 2000 units a shift.
