My wife and I founded this company in 2000 and run it together. We specialize in marriage and family therapy, but do traditional counseling as well. We do all strategic planning together and supervise several Masters level clinicians. I handle contracts and negotiations and direct marketing. We are looking to start a sister non-profit agency for the purpose of encouraging the development of the counseling profession in India, including direct training and support of Indian counselors. It is a small company, so we do it all.

I was at this organization for 23 years in a variety of clinical positions, primarily conducting individual and family therapy and providing emergency psychological services (both in-agency and in hospital emergency rooms). I gave many trainings on suicide awareness, prevention, and intervention, as well as on dual diagnosis.
