Whether designing an internal training program that engages staff in conversations about security, safety, and sustainability or speaking to large audiences, stakeholders, and partners about how we can plan for potential obstacles, I focus on giving others the tools they need to identify challenges before they arise. I am also highly skilled at policy development and using metrics and data to identify gaps, introduce process and program improvements, and leverage ISO 22301/27001/31000, NIST 800-53 and NFPA 1600 frameworks to create a road map and foundation for increased resilience.
