Manage San Francisco's resilience programs and initiatives including its Hazards and Climate Resilience Plan, ClimateSF mitigation and adaptation program, Lifelines Council, and the Earthquake Safety Implementation Program.

Created the City’s first multi-year capital plan; coordinated the development and passage of seven consecutive G.O. bonds totaling $2.8 billion and oversaw a five-fold increase in annual Capital Improvement Program (CIP) investments from the General Fund.

Provide strategic managerial, technical consulting, and project implementation services under for various departments and programs in San Francisco.

Develop Best Practices, deliver and moderate conference seminars, and develop and administer courses on capital planning and finance for the Government Finance Officers Association.

Established and directed a PMO for the Agency's 160-member IT department.

Part of original team to develop and implement the Agency's 1999-2004 Strategic Plan that included redesigning core business processes.
